To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - Begin with a greeting. Talk about something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A comment that will mean something to me to let me know you read/watched or listened to what I had to say. - use any language.
3. Something helpful - Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Ata mārie Benjamin!
ReplyDeleteChris here, from the Summer Learning Journey 2021/2022! It’s nice to meet you!
Tēnā koe for completing the My Town task! It looks like Thames Street might be perpendicular to Westminster Street, and there’s a couple more here that are like that. Remember, parallel lines are two lines going the same way side by side. Perpendicular lines are straight lines that are at a 90 degree angle against each other!
This is an awesome map, though! The street I live on at the moment isn’t directly parallel to anything, but my old street- Dairyland Drive- was parallel to Nephin Place, which was my street before that! Did you enjoy doing this task?
I’m looking forward to seeing what else you post in these last few days!
Ngā mihi,
Chris
Hi Chris,
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed this task thanks for correcting my mistake.
Benjamin
Kia ora Benjamin, not a mistake at all! All about learning more things here, not knowing something isn't the same as doing something wrong. Ka pai!

Chris
